Overview
MML's top point guard prospect, Wright has extraordinary length for his size. He is crafty in transition and has a knack for making the crowd-pleasing passes. He is an excellent defender on the perimeter and blocks more shots than one would expect out of a guard his size. He also possesses a reliable outside shot. Wright is above average, athletically, and should continue to fill out his frame. Wright admits that is favorite part of the game is seeing a teammate score off of one of his assists. He is cousin to former Saginaw High and St. John's University standout, Larry Wright.

High School

As a sophomore, Wright played Junior Varsity for Saginaw Heritage and was the team captain...led team in three different categories--steals, assists, and 3-point percentage...team set the record for most wins in a season at 15...scored in double-figures in games against Saginaw High and Saginaw Arthur Hill...had five blocks in a game against Flint Southwestern Academy and eight steals against Midland Dow.
