Former Laker stopper chooses Adrian College

Former Laker, Tyler Wilson (left), made his decision to play basketball in the fall with Adrian College.

As a senior, the 5-9 power guard averaged nearly 20 points and 10 rebounds for the Phoenix of International Academy of Flint.

Adrian is an NCAA division three school located in Adrian, Michigan--roughly 45 minutes south of Ann Arbor. The Bulldogs compete in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association.

Hutton makes it official

Wilson joins the U-17 MML MVP from 2007, Chris Hutton (right) in the MIAA.

Hutton, who averaged 17 points per game as a senior at Lapeer West, recently committed to play hoops at Albion College.

Albion is a small town in southern Michigan near Battle Creek.

Hutton was recruited by numerous schools including Cornerstone, Hope, and Saginaw Valley State among others.

Both Albion and Adrian are top-tier academic institutions.
